ACCREDITATION / REGISTRATION

The accreditation will be open at the following times:
Friday 17.00 — 23.00
Saturday 06.00 — 09.30 / 11.30 — 14.30 / 16.00 — 20.00
Sunday 07.30 — 09.30 / 11.30 — 14.30 / 16.00 — 20.00
We recommend that you register your team immediately following your arrival at accreditation.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation in the bungalows: €37,00 pro person-day
At the registration of your team, you will be handed keys for the bungalows as well as the necessary linen.
A deposit of € 12,50 is required per key and €100,00 per team for the bungalows.
You are requested to collect and leave the linen and rubbish bags at the entry door
of the bungalow at the end of the tournament.
Accommodation in the Camping Area: €50,00 pro team-weekend
Camping is available with sanitation/bathroom facilities for competing teams.
Rubbish bags will be available free of charge at accreditation.
We urge you to comply with a quiet time requirement after 22h00.
This will ensure adequate rest for your team as well as the other teams.
When leaving the campsite, please collect all trash/garbage in rubbish bags.
Boat storage:
A boat storage area will be provided for each team.
Boat control and doping control is possible during the entire weekend at unspecified times.

MEALS

Meals will be available in the center restaurant. These need to be ordered using the numerical entry form.
At the team registration you will receive the number of tickets ordered.
Without these tickets there will be no entry to the restaurant. Gluten-free meals are available.
The restaurant will be open at the following hours:

PAYMENT

You can only pay with the following currencies:Cash in Euro
The cost of stay (full board and lodging, local transportation Poznan airport – hotel and back,
local transportation and participation in the complementary programs)
depends on the standard of the hotel at which you'll be staying.
Contant in EuroOutstanding payments, entry fees - referee penalties - accommodation costs
are required by the last Sunday morning before the competition begins.
In the event that there are problems with payments,
the organisation reserves the right to disqualify your team
during the competition until the matter has been resolved.
You can make your payments during the opening hours of accreditation.

01/06/2017 – 08/06/2017 : 75 %
09/06/2017 – 15/06/2017 : 25 %
≥ 16/06/2017 : 0%

... % of the entry fee + of the reservation cost of accommodation will be repaid.

In accordance with ECA “ First ECA CUP 2010” Canoe polo Invitation Fee: € 250.00 / missing referee
We kindly request your teamleader to ensure that the referees will be available at the required time.
We will only be able to follow the time schedule provided the referees arrive on time.

TENT

A Cafeteria tent will be open from 1 hour prior to the start of the competitions. Snacks and T-shirts will be for sale.
